Many clients describe RTT as feeling like years of therapy condensed into one session, where everything finally clicks. Most of us have spent years trying to change things about ourselves through willpower, insight, or talking about it. And sometimes that does help. But there are certain patterns, in how we behave, how we feel about ourselves, how we show up in relationships, or in our work, that seem untouched by all of it. You understand exactly what you are doing and why, and you do it anyway. That is not weakness. It is what happens when the belief driving the behaviour lives in the subconscious mind, where conscious effort and rational understanding cannot reach.

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a method developed by Marisa Peer that works directly at that level. It combines hypnotherapy, regression, and subconscious reprogramming to take you back to the original moment a limiting belief was formed, often in childhood, and often in a moment you would never consciously link to the issue itself. From there, the work is to shift it at the root. Not by layering a positive affirmation over the top, but by changing what the subconscious believes to be true about who you are and what is possible for you.

What actually happens in a session.
A Rapid Transformational Therapy session is designed to help you understand the pattern, access the subconscious belief beneath it, and begin shifting it at the root.

We start with a conversation
We begin by looking at what you are working on, what has already been tried, and what you would like to feel or experience differently. This gives the session direction and helps clarify the pattern we are working with before we go deeper.

We access the subconscious through hypnosis
From there, I guide you into a deeply relaxed, inward focused state through hypnosis, where you remain fully aware and in control. As your brain shifts into alpha and theta frequencies, the subconscious opens, allowing us to access deeper layers that aren't available in your usual waking state.

We trace the pattern back and shift it at the root
Using regression, we go back to the original moment the belief was formed. Often, it is not a dramatic memory, but a small moment the subconscious turned into a rule about who you are or what is possible for you. Once we find it, we can reframe it and begin to change it at the root.

We anchor the change over 21 days
At the end of the session, you receive a personalised hypnosis audio created for you. Listening to it daily for 21 days helps form new neural pathways, gently rewiring the patterns that have been running on autopilot. What begins in the session is then reinforced, allowing the change to embed into how you think, feel, and respond.
What begins to shift after RTT
The shift after an RTT session is not always dramatic in the way people expect. Sometimes it is loud: a sudden freedom from something that has weighed on them for years, a relationship dynamic that simply stops repeating, a confidence that arrives and does not leave.

But more often, it is quiet. A thought that used to spiral simply does not. A situation that would have triggered a week of anxiety passes through in an afternoon. Food that used to feel loaded with meaning is just food again. Sleep that was impossible becomes ordinary. The inner critic that used to run commentary on everything goes quiet. Not forever, but noticeably and mercifully quiet.

People often say they feel lighter. Not in a vague, spiritual sense, but in a specific, physical, this is different and I cannot quite explain it sense. Something that was being held, often without conscious awareness, is no longer being held. And the energy that was going into maintaining that holding is suddenly available for something else. Both options are available and equally effective. You can choose to have your session in-person or online via Zoom.
Sessions are between 1.5 and 2 hours and are available online via Zoom or in person. You will need a quiet, private space where you can lie down comfortably. The investment is £250 and includes your personalised hypnosis audio to use for 21 days after the session.
During an RTT session, you will work with a me to identify the root cause of your issue and transform limiting beliefs and thought patterns. You will be guided through a hypnosis process that allows you to access your subconscious mind and create positive change. The session is designed to be empowering, transformative, and deeply healing.
Many people notice a shift immediately after the session — sometimes before they have even listened to the audio once. The 21-day listening period is where the change consolidates and deepens. Most people find that things continue to shift and settle in the weeks that follow in ways they did not fully anticipate.
Most clients achieve their desired results after just one session. However, some clients may benefit from additional sessions if they have multiple issues they want to address.
Yes, and this is often the most surprising part for people coming to RTT for the first time. Because we are working at the subconscious root rather than managing symptoms, a single session can shift something that has been in place for decades. Some people benefit from a second session if they are working on multiple or layered issues, but one session is often genuinely enough.
Completely. You remain aware and in control throughout the entire session. Hypnosis in this context is simply a deeply relaxed, receptive state — not unconsciousness, not losing control, not being made to do anything. You can speak, move and come out of the state at any point. Most people describe it as one of the most peaceful experiences they have had.
RTT is a safe and non-invasive therapy with no known negative side effects. Some clients may experience a deep sense of relaxation during the session, but this is a natural response to the hypnotic state and should not be considered a side effect. After the session, clients typically feel energized and empowered, ready to take on life with a new perspective and renewed sense of purpose.
