From the moment I entered Sarve’s therapy room, I felt comforted and understood. Sarve designed a bespoke recording for me with small details she picked up from our conversations and I loved it! I can’t wait to listen to it every night, I smile while absorbing and saying yes to every word, as it’s put just right! It has only been a few days, but the change is in motion! I started eating slowly, chewing the food longer and I now stop when nearly full with no effort. I get drawn to healthier options, the obsession is gone and I don’t feel anxious at meal times anymore as I know I got this! Sarvenaz Elevation is a very warm and welcoming service it is very well planned out and the service you receive is very professional from first contact and also aftercare.
You are made to feel very welcome and comfortable before your session starts and and also advised of how the session is run to help prevent any nerves or anxiety. I would highly recommend this service as Sarvenaz works to very profession level and the service is to a high standards with amazing results and I am very happy with achieving what I set out to achieve.
